Rosemary Wright is the Pastor of Jesus Saves Christian Center in Fort Washington, Maryland.

 

She was a member of Mt. Jezreel Baptist Church in Silver Spring, Maryland for 32 years, where she served as Junior Pastor of the Youth Ministry, Directress of the Celestial Choir, Sunday School Teacher and Youth Advisor to the New Generation Youth Choir.   She received her certificate of license to preach the gospel April 18, 1999, and was ordained January 19, 2002 at Mt. Jezreel Baptist Church.

 

She dedicated her life to Christ at an early age at the Zion Baptist Church in Waterbury, Connecticut.  After relocating to Washington, D.C, she united with Mt. Jezreel Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Rev. Dr. H.E. Trammell.  She has a love for gospel music and is a former member of Patrick Lundy & the Ministers of Music and the Jubilee Majestic Concert Choir.

 

Pastor Wright is a native of Waterbury, Connecticut.  She received her early education in the Connecticut public schools, Cortez Peter’s Business College of Washington, D.C., AT&T School of Business and Technology, and Virginia Tech.   Pastor Wright holds a Certificate in Process Quality Management from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor of Christian Ministry degree and a Master of Theological Studies with Honors Degree from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary.   Pastor Wright also previously worked as a manager in the Government Markets Division of AT&T as a Process Engineer. 

 

Pastor Wright is a member of Global United Fellowship under the direction of the Presiding Prelate Bishop Joel Peebles, Sr.

 

Pastor Wright is married to Deacon Harvey L. Wright, Sr.; they have two children and three beautiful grandchildren.

 

First and foremost, Pastor Wright’s aim is to please her Master in everything that she does.  She is a woman called out to do a work for God.  She loves the Lord and devotes her time to the ministry, which God has called her to do.
